iphone官解后激活不了

23号发邮件到ATT解锁，今天ATT发邮件过来说我的iphone以成功解锁，为什么激活不了？求解！！！总是提示 你试图激活的iphone中没有sim卡？可是我已经插卡了啊，联通 移动都不行？啥问题？？？求解！！！
